We endeavour to ensure that all our products are manufactured to the highest standard and should reach you in perfect condition. 

 

You can return any products within 14 days, unopened and in its original condition for a full refund of the value of the products.  Please contact us by email before returning any goods for full instructions. 

 

If the products are faulty you can return the products and we will refund the value of your products plus the cost of your p&p.  We recommend that when returning products you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. 

 

The Abbey Tuck Shop will not be held responsible for goods lost during their return.
